The purpose is to serve as a technical resource in the Council providing expertise on areas of planning, designing, construction and maintenance of water supply infrastructure.
Main Activities
To serve as a resource person in providing technical and backstopping expertise necessary for implementation of water supply and sanitation interventions
To coordinate and facilitate development of guidelines and procedures for implementation of various water supply and sanitation projects by contractors or private sector
